Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sustainability Documentation Executive with deep knowledge of ISCC EU compliance and sustainability documentation processes in the biofuel sector. This role plays a critical part in supporting our global operations by ensuring that all sustainability, compliance, and export-import documentation meets international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
ISCC EU Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure full compliance with ISCC EU sustainability standards across the company’s supply chain.
- Act as the main contact for ISCC auditors and coordinate periodic audits for certification renewal and compliance checks.
- Keep abreast of any changes or updates in ISCC and related sustainability frameworks and implement them promptly.
- Maintain mass balance systems, GHG calculations, and sustainability proofs for biofuels.
- Resolve audit findings swiftly and implement corrective actions.
Client Support & Training:
- Provide training and ongoing guidance to suppliers, processors, and clients on ISCC EU documentation and sustainability requirements.
- Conduct regular monitoring and internal checks to ensure all stakeholders maintain compliance.
Documentation & Export-Import Coordination:
- Manage all sustainability documentation including mass balance records, sustainability declarations, and chain of custody data.
- Handle end-to-end export-import documentation related to biofuels and raw materials: invoices, shipping documents, customs forms, and sustainability certificates.
Audit & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain audit-ready records and supporting evidence for sustainability certification.
- Generate internal reports and stakeholder summaries related to compliance, traceability, and documentation efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in ISCC EU sustainability compliance, preferably within the biofuels or commodity trading sectors.
- Hands-on experience in managing ISCC documentation and preparing for third-party audits.
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of ISCC EU certification and mass balance systems.
- Strong familiarity with export-import trade documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing training and compliance monitoring.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and digital document control.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- ISCC Lead Auditor certification or training.
- Experience with RED II, RSPO, or other sustainability standards.
- Experience working in multinational or cross-border operations.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
